Consultancy firm, DYNAMIC FUTURE s.r.o., was established in the year 2000 by a team of engineers with field experience in logistic applications for a large industrial enterprise. They had all worked in the field of logistics, marketing, management, and the optimization of business processes. By tendency to delimitate and detach some of these activities in this enterprise, optimal conditions for start were created. They try to apply our experience and field knowledge when working with our clients.
They realize that every organization must cope with a number of adjustments resulting from continual changes in market conditions, and with the necessity to adapt business management to these changes. These organizations must update all individual processes and their organization within their systems. They must make technological innovations, increase productivity, and react to customers requirements in a creative way, not only with a focus on their products’ quality, but also on associated services.
As the first consulting firm in the Czech Republic, they started solving projects by using the dynamic simulation method and WITNESS tool, a product from the British company Lanner Group Ltd. This method, supported by international experience, at reasonably low costs, to build and test a great number of project solution versions. At the same time, they can monitor all parameters and thus choose the version that will bring the best effects. Visualization of their solution, which can be demonstrated in another part of the document, forms optimal conditions for clearness and the proper understanding of our solution, and has a big impact on well timed and successful change management.
