NAVISYS introduces BIZ4BuildIn

NAVISYS has developed a field-specific solution named BIZ4BuildIn, designed for medium and large companies making business in the building industry. The solution has been fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, establishing close bonds between the robust financial management background by Microsoft and the field-specific product by NAVISYS.
The most important areas of the BIZ4BuildIn solution are contract management, job order preparation and execution, document management, cash flow and controlling. Graphic planning or intranet portal integration comes as a standard. BIZ4Buildln uses recent technologies such as Microsoft.NET, BizTalk, Share Point, SQL server and others. The system provides well-arranged and easily accessible information, comprehensive job order processing, integrated administration and registration of all necessary documents directly in the information system, a support for company project and financial management. Other benefits include process automation or third party product integration.
The unique field-specific BIZ4BuildIn solution has been designed for construction companies dealing in building industry manufacturing, civil engineering or project-based job orders. Thanks to the platform of Microsoft Dynamics NAV the solution is focused on medium and large companies who are provided with the guarantees of quality, stability and investment security. Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a series of ERP solutions for financial management, customer relationship management, supply chain management and manufacturing. These solutions are delivered through specialized partners which makes it possible to adapt the product to individual needs.
TENZA, a.s. has chosen BIZ4BuildIn
One of the main reference customers using BIZ4BuildIn solution is the company TENZA. TENZA, a.s. is today one of the leading Czech companies supplying technologies for production, distribution and exchange of heat. It is also spreading its activities into the areas of water, infrastructure and civil engineering. Tenza selected NAVISYS to become the supplier of its information system based on Microsoft Dynamics® NAV and the field-specific BIZ4BuildIn solution. The implementation was divided into several phases. The first phase was started in early September 2007. The entire project was managed in accordance with Microsoft’s Sure Step implementation methodology, which was modified according to the needs of the individual phases. The project was successfully completed on June 30, 2008.
