PRAGUE – June, 2009 MANTIS Central Europe and NAVISYS during EASTLOG 2009 Conference Between 27-29th of May at TOP Hotel, Prague took place 12th edition of Annual Logistics and Transportation Congress EASTLOG 2009, which gathered over 1000 experts from many business and industry sectors from Central Europe.
On the common booth of Mantis and NAVISYS Company at EASTLOG congress centre were presented solutions of both companies, business meetings were held and there was also an opportunity for off-the-record talks with experts from logistics.
During the first day of the congress events important for both companies took place. The speech entitled “How to win the game. New trends in Supply Chain Systems” performed by Mr.Spiros Georgiadis (General Manager Mantis Central Europe) at Business Arena and another address “Fight against the crisis. Effective use of IS in logistics“ performed by Michal Cesek (General Manager NAVISYS). Additionally, during the first day there was a workshop entitled “Information systems in Logistics, practically” organized by Mantis and NAVISYS.
The workshop was concerning advantages coming from implementation of information systems in logistics. During this meeting business solutions and case studies from Czech Republic and other countries were presented. It was, for sure, exceptional occasion to meet and discuss with experts from warehousing, distribution and transportation branches.
EASTLOG 2009 Congress was important meeting place, gathering specialists from the Central Europe region, giving possibility to start international contacts and learn the most interesting logistic solutions in Czech Republic, Hungary, and other European countries.
